Warrant Out for Man Who is Accused of Unclaimed Money Fraud

In yesterday’s news, a lawyer, Thomas Bielinski, has been charged of unclaimed money fraud, stealing over $540,000 from the Milwaukee County Clerk. Bielinski’s court date was set to be yesterday, however he failed to show up. There is currently a warrant out for his arrest.

This is not the first time Bielinski has been caught with unclaimed money theft. Back in 2007, he was charged with theft of a $10,000 bond.

Unclaimed money theft is becoming one of the newest ways of theft. Since most people are currently unaware they have the money, it makes stealing it and identify theft much easier for people to follow through with, successfully. Make sure you claim your money before someone else does!
